This section contains information on participating in a TRACSLab study. If you are registered for a TRACSLab study or would like to participate, please read the information below.

What studies can I participate in?

The following projects are currently looking for participants:

What is involved?

If you are interested in participating in a TRACSLab study you must first register. This still applies even if you have registered for a different TRACSLab study in the past. The registration survey will ask you a few questions to determine if you are eligible. If so, you will be contacted to arrange a time to visit TRACSLab. What happens at TRACSLab varies based on the study - all details are provided in the registration survey to help you decide if you wish to participate.

I work fulltime, can I still participate?

Yes, in many cases sessions are offered in the evenings and on weekends. We encourage everyone to participate.

Do I need a driver's licence? Do I need anything else?

Each study has its own requirements. In most cases you must hold a valid licence and be at least 18 years old. Some studies have additional requirements. When you register to participate you will be asked a few questions to determine if you are eligible.

How do I get to the lab?

Once you are scheduled for a visit to the lab, you will receive an e-mail with detailed directions.

If you are participating in a study at The University of Sydney, the lab is located in the Merewether Building located on the corner of Butlin Avenue and Maze Crescent in Darlington.

If you are participating in a study at The University of New South Wales (UNSW), the lab is located in the Civil Engineering Building located on Library Road in front of the Scientia Lawn in Kensington.
